Hot drinks are my favorite in the winter time. This is SO good and healthy??????
Ingredients:
4 cups water
3 small oranges
2 lemons or limes
1 Tbs cinnamon or cinnamon sticks
-Slice up the fruit and mix all the ingredients into a pan on the stove and heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Sweetened with honey! I love to add a lot? I usually double or triple the batch so I have extra for the week. I drink it in the morning, at night or when I’m sick.
